Our Projects

Our most recent projects have been in Eastern Europe where we assisted locals in developing the coffeehouse experience in a place where business ownership and especially the coffee culture were either extremely limited or previously did not exist. Within 36 months of development in Eurasia, we assisted in planning, creating and developing 3 cafes in partnership with local business people.

Within these projects, our focus included barista and consumer coffee education, growth strategies for the businesses and developing sustainable, ongoing training practices.
